REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy, so you have 5 days from the time you get an item to ask for a return/replacement.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, be unworn or unused, and be in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. A receipt or other form of evidence of purchase is also required.

f your return is accepted, we'll begin the return process. Our courier partner will pick up the package if it's available, and we'll send the replacement products, based on product availability, to the same shipping address mentioned during the order. If the product is not available, we'll start the refund process using the same payment method as when the order was placed.

Replacement and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

Packages containing live or dead insects or ones in which the goods were spoiled at the time of delivery.

During delivery, tattered or improperly wrapped packages.

Products have expired by the time of delivery.

Incorrect or missing package contents.

The original package and bill proof must be presented when returning an item. Products are not eligible for exchange or return once they have been used.

Please send us a video of the goods being unboxed with the label on the outside box so we can assess the problem.

Return of the products will be decided based on the issue and courier partner availability for the pickup.

 

Refunds

If the product is not available for replacement, once approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days from the date of Approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the rare case, due to technical issue at bank/payment partner if the amount has been deducted from your account however your order status continues to show as pending payment or payment failed, please do not worry. Your money is safe. Simply call us using any method below.
